This mouthpiece cushion is smaller than many others because we believe that too large a patch deadens vibrations from the mouthpiece which takes away a minute amount of richness in the sound.

Perfect Patch is the best clear mouthpiece cushion to protect your mouthpiece and the enamel on your teeth. Our Black mouthpiece patch is thicker and larger than the Perfect Patch. This is for players who would like a softer spongy feel and also who would like to cover more of the beak of the mouthpiece.
