Important Trial Information

Two Week Trial Policy for the ESP:

For a full refund the mouthpiece must be returned to us within two weeks of the day that we ship it. That means you need to leave time for the mouthpiece to travel back to us within two weeks.) In the event of a return you will be charged $7.50 for shipping, if you received free shipping. If you paid for expedited shipping we will refund the price of the mouthpiece only.

Caring for the ESP during the trial:

Utmost care must be taken with the ESP during its trial. After each playing session it should be gently washed with water and a little dish soap and dried off with an extremely soft cloth that won't scratch (rub softly). Please do not return a mouthpiece that has not been cleaned.

Scratches:

If you use a metal ligature on the ESP during the trial period, consider the mouthpiece sold. If we receive a mouthpiece with scratches, we will charge your card for the extra shipping charges to send it back to you. There are no exceptions. We think that it is a privilege to be able to have a free trial of a piece of this caliber with no restocking fee. We expect that our customers will be extremely careful during the trial process.

Faster Shipping:

If you would like more time with the mouthpiece during the trial period you may opt to pay for the quicker shipping method: USPS Express Mail.

Things to bear in mind:

We are located in Savannah, GA. USPS Priority Mail takes about 2 to 3 business days within the United States. However, this does not include weekends or holidays. Therefore in order to have the mouthpiece back to us within two weeks from the day we ship you may have only 2 or 3 days to try the mouthpiece. The return rate is very low on the ESP but we want you to be aware of your options.

Shipping Rates for U.S. Customers:

USPS Priority Mail: Free ( 2-3 days from the day we ship excluding Sunday )

USPS Express Mail: $27.95 ( 1-2 days from the day we ship excluding Sunday )

Overseas Shipping:

Shipping and Handling for Canada is $18.95 USD for USPS Priority Mail 6-10 business days from the day we ship.

International Shipping and Handling is $32.95 USD, for USPS Global Express. International 3-6 business days from the day we ship. (Includes Europe, Asia, South America, Mexico, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean).
